This Sierra 135 grain MatchKing bullet #1833 is the heaviest match grade bullet currently available in Sierra’s line in 270 caliber. Designed for long-range accuracy, a long ogive point with small meplat and a boattail shape give this bullet outstanding “low drag” characteristics in this caliber for maximum efficiency at extreme ranges. This Sierra bullet is appropriate for the 270 Winchester, 270 Weatherby Magnum, and the new 270 Winchester Short Magnum.
Although they are recognized around the world for record-setting accuracy, MatchKing bullets are not recommended for hunting.
