Model 12 BTCSS is another addition to the 12 Varmint Series, rifles that more than any others, have earned Savage rifles the right to be called, “The Definition of Accuracy.” The BTCSS is easily recognized due to its thumbhole stock and ruler flat comb and is intended for shooting from a rest or bipod. The pistol grip has a sharp curve and a flared bottom while the forend is ventilated for faster barrel cooling. The BTCSS also includes a second sling swivel stud on the forend for bipod attachment. Stainless steel barrel. Detachable box magazine.
